At the IHEDN Meetings to debate about the European defence

Yves Bertoncini, director of the Jacques Delors Institute, speaks in a round table about the European Defence, within the framework of a Forum organised in Paris by the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) on the 2 of April 2016.
He speaks alongside :
– Jean-Dominique Giuliani, President of the Robert Schuman Foundation;
– Jean-Paul Perruche, President of Eurodefence-France, former chief of the EU military staff;
– Pierre Vimont, Senior Associate at Carnegie Europe, former Secretary general of the European External Action Service.
The round table is chaired by Thorniké Gordadzé, Pedagogic adviser of the IHEDN, former European Affairs Minister of Georgia.
