In Media 7 : “Plan de relance européen, la France tente d’arracher un accord”

Quoted by Media 7 on 17 July 2020 in an article devoted to the negotiations on the European Recovery Plan and the diplomatic and political efforts to reach a compromise at the European Council in mid-July: “It is highly unlikely that an agreement will be reached this week, fears the President of the European Movement-France, Yves Bertoncini. The leaders of the frugal countries will have to show their public opinion that they have made themselves heard in Brussels. A second summit will then be needed this summer to announce a compromise. Only after they have shown their muscle can they get the green light from their national parliaments”.
