Yves Bertoncini, Director of the Jacques Delors Institute, discusses the role of the EU as an organisation ensuring peace in Europe while playing a peace-building role abroad at a seminar organized by the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung on peace in Europe on 8 May 2017, with young people from 10 EU countries in attendance.
