The EU is going through not only an economic crisis but also a real crisis of confidence. Through this program, sponsored by Notre Europe – Jacques Delors Institute, both guests come back to the main question related to democracy: through all these institutions and its complex decision-making mechanism, hardly perceptible for the European citizen, the EU remains deeply democratic?
