Guest of the European Movement of Seine Maritime in Déville-Les-Rouen on Wednesday 19 November 2025 for a talk on the political significance of the 20th anniversary of the ‘no’ vote on the European Constitution in France and Europe.

This will be an opportunity to discuss the main points of my publication on the subject with Bruno Cautrès & Thierry Chopin and to exchange views on the current challenges of European integration.
