In Le Figaro : Mario Draghi relaunches Italy in the European game

In Le Figaro on 24th February 2021 to contribute to an article by Anne Rovan devoted to Mario Draghi on the occasion of his participation in the Extraordinary European Council – article published under the title: “‘Mario Draghi relaunches Italy in the European game“.

The opportunity to declare: “Let’s not forget that the European recovery plan was made for this country. The use of the “European Stability Mechanism” was politically impossible and we could not rely on the EU budget since this country is a net contributor. That is why this third way was invented”.
