In Berlin to debate about the Schengen area and the borders of Europe

Yves Bertoncini, President of the European Movement – France, visited Berlin on Monday 11 December 2017, on the occasion of the Genshagen Foundation conference on the borders of the Schengen area.
“Ten years after the Eastern enlargement of the Schengen area, the end of a Europe without borders? “This was the theme of the major conference organised by the Genshagen Foundation on Monday 11 December at the Brandenburg Federal State Representation in Berlin. Following an address by Dietmar Woidke, Minister-President of Brandenburg, Yves Bertoncini and Joseph Janning, Director of the European Council for International Relations in Berlin, expressed their vision of free movement on the continent.
